Choose your base color- This will be the lighter of your color selections and will be the color of the splatter once the top coat color is applied. This will also be the color that shows if you choose no splatter on the barrel, or handle.
Choose your top coat color- This will be the darker of your color selections and will cover your base color except where the splatter shows through. If you choose no splatter on the barrel, or handle, the top coat will not be applied to that area, which allows your base color to show fully.
